Curious Explorers. Move. Interact. Play
Little Lumen Play: 9–12 Months is built for joining in. At this age, babies often become increasingly active, curious and responsive to the world around them. This is where Little Lumen Play begins to build on the sensory experiences of the earlier months and introduce more opportunities for movement, interaction and participation.

From Watching to Joining In
The videos are designed to encourage babies to do more than simply watch. These videos use games and simple actions such as peekaboo, clapping, waving, rolling, putting objects in and taking them out, animal sounds and movement, giving parents easy opportunities for interaction.
Around this age, many babies begin to copy gestures, look for hidden objects, play simple social games and manipulate everyday objects with growing purpose. So every film is designed with a 'screen-to-real-world' moment.

Creating Moments of Shared Play
Parents and caregivers are an important part of the experience too. Our prompts encourage you to point, talk, move, copy sounds and continue the play away from the screen, helping each video become a starting point for shared interaction and real-world discovery.
Pause, copy the action, offer a real ball or block, make the animal sound together, or let your baby lead the game. Short, shared and responsive is the Little Lumen approach.
